Terms of use

Last updated: October 11, 2026 (convenience translation; the Portuguese version prevails if they differ).

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using 30 SEGUNDOS (“the Game”) you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. The Game is created and run by Target Technology (Mozambique).

2. What the Game is

A team describing game played online in real time. Conversation between players happens outside the app (for example a WhatsApp or Google Meet call) and is each person's responsibility. The Game is inspired by team describing games, with its own board, cards and rules, and has no affiliation with commercial board games of a similar name. Brands and names that appear on the cards belong to their owners and are used only as game words.

3. Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old. Minors should use the Game with a guardian's permission.
  • Your username does not have to be your real name, but it must be unique. Your phone number is also unique: one account per number.
  • Give a phone number that is yours. It identifies you and helps support, and it is not shown to other players. If you allow it in Settings, people who type the full number can find your profile.
  • Keep your password and recovery code safe. Anyone with the code can reset your password. If you lose it, only support can help and we may ask for proof the account is yours.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Tell us if you suspect misuse.

4. Conduct

You may not:

  • use offensive, discriminatory, sexual or violent names, photos or messages, or impersonate someone;
  • harass, threaten or deceive other players;
  • cheat (for example, try to see cards you are not entitled to see, or use programs to automate play);
  • attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the Game, accounts or other people's data;
  • use the Game for anything illegal.

We may warn, limit, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice in serious cases.

5. Content you upload

Your profile photo and name are yours. By uploading them you confirm you have the right to use them and allow us to show them to other players as part of the Game. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

6. Points and history

Points, wins and history are for fun and have no monetary value. We may fix or reset data in case of error or abuse.

7. Donations

Donations are voluntary, give no advantages in the Game and are not refundable. We are not affiliated with any money transfer service mentioned on the donation page.

8. Availability

We try to keep the Game available but it is provided “as is”. There may be interruptions, errors or changes, and we may change, suspend or end features. The Game depends on your internet connection; network drops can interrupt a game.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Target Technology is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or points, or for content and conversations exchanged between players outside the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. When a change is important we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the Game after an update means you accept the new version.
